Apporix designs workflow automation for organisations with repeated manual work across inboxes, documents, customer requests and business systems. Workflows can start from emails, forms, uploaded documents, customer relationship management (CRM) changes, webhooks, database updates or schedules. Common applications include email triage, appointment handling, lead qualification, document processing, CRM updates, reporting, internal approvals and recurring administration. The design keeps predictable work deterministic: rules, validations and system updates behave consistently. Artificial intelligence (AI) steps are used where fixed rules are insufficient, including request classification, data extraction, summaries, drafting messages and routing. Integrations connect Outlook, Odoo, BOB50, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRMs, databases and APIs, with CSV, Excel, PDF or database-level exchange where an API is unavailable. The project starts with an audit of work, tools, data sources and risks, followed by workflow design, a focused prototype tested with realistic inputs and edge cases, integration and monitored improvement. Scoped permissions, human approval points, fallback paths, logs, retries and exceptions support controlled operation. Hosting is matched to risk and data sensitivity: European cloud, Luxembourg or EU data residency, private cloud or on-premise; zero retention and no training on company data are available where required, with GDPR and EU AI Act readiness.
