This awareness session (in German) seeks to provide businesses with information on available public financing and tax relief measures that they may utilise for their digital transformation projects. Since the beginning of 2024, Luxembourg companies investing in digital transformation can benefit from tax relief of up to 18% of their investments and expenses under certain conditions. This is applied as a deduction in the amount of income tax payable for the tax year. During the session, the Ministry of Economy together with Luxinnovation will provide an overview of state aid programmes supporting companies engaging in digital transformation and innovation. Specific focus will be placed on the application procedures and eligibility criteria to: Why attend? - benefit from the new tax relief for digital transformation investments - access national funding for R&D and innovation activities. All Luxembourg companies and research institutions in the planning phases or actively executing various digital transformation projects are welcome to attend.
